THINGS TO BE THANKFUL FOR -- 2009

Each year we make a list of things we're thankful for.

--we're thankful that we still have a roof over our heads (though we haven't got a clue how to pay the mortgage because we lost our jobs last year and still haven't found real work).

--we're thankful our kids are healthy.

--we're thankful we are still healthy (especially since we don't have heath insurance).

--we're thankful Social Security hasn't gone bankrupt.

--we're thankful that our chickens are healthy and are laying eggs.

--we're thankful Sarah Palin is not a heartbeat away from the Presidency.
